Kimchi kanang favorite sa mga koreans.murag gulay na gibutangan ug pahalang.lami ang kimchi. tilaw namo sa mga korean resto.appetizer mana nila.hehehe

okay here are some pics and descriptions:
L-R: chinese/korean cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, spring onion kimchi - I can only eat bits of the spring onion kimchi...di ma take
white kimchi - bought this kind of kimchi in a korean grocery at the Mactan Marina Mall. wala ni siyay pepper powder so dili halang. tastes like atchara but not as sour&sweet
how kimchi and other side dishes are served - restaurants usually serve free refills. one time a waitress in Apgujeong (in SM) told me they only give free refills to Koreans and i was like What the ** I pay the same price so no way! long story short, i got my free refills. get yours too.
whole-cabbage kimchi - tried a homemade version of this...so appetizing, the best!

naay stall sa larsian na korean ang tag-iya. PhilKo man yata to ang name sa stall. nagserve silag free kimchi. gipugos jud mig pakaon. amo ra gilabay kung di sya mutan-aw. lol.
