As per the news I've read, he's not sorry for what he did. But in other news, he's saying that the expletive is not intended for the president but for the situation. Now, how can he reconcile that?

He just blew his opportunity to be the next president. Of course he's on the tail end of the surveys but his probability of winning lessened after the incident. By now, the rally held in Makati was all about Mar Roxas' expletives towards the president. It did not come out as an anti chacha rally because personalities hurl the rally for their own personal interests.

And besides if you count the crowd who joined the rally, it shows nobody is listening to them anymore. Much more if you classify what kind of crowd who went there. One can only speculate that all that they have are BS...and that includes the ever self-righteous Padre Damasos.

Your right my friend. No body is perfect, for a senator or just a simple basurero, we all have our own freedom of speech. Mar may not be worried on the implications of this even to the upcoming elections just because his just pissed-off with the system of corruption. He represents the struggling,starving filipinos who are working hard to live and pay taxes for the government to corrupt. And I'm proud of what he did. Self righteusness has no place in this world, but being honest there is. Others just leave and work abroad just because they cannot tolerate the system. Others return with broken promises from GMA. So it's just right to curse the system and the people operating it. If I were Mar I'll stick my fingers out and say F_ck this GMA....

Mar may not win on 2010, but he was able to make a point and it was stricking, may work for or against him but definitely a good publicity. I'm waiting for other presidentiables to do same tactics to be recognized. Just wait and see...
