stretch your arms outward,kanang mora ka gipako cross.hehe..then rotate clockwise x number of repetitions, then mg counterclockwise napod.
do with your wrist up,, then sa next writs down napod..
you'll feel the tension and toning of your arm muscles

cardio helps reduced your fat as well as some of your muscle so by the time you hit losing weight your arm will still be flabby. Target your triceps every other day with dumbbells and cable. Drink or eat a lot protein than carbs. I would like to get in-depth with this.....maybe later
