hehe..pareha lagi ta, ganahan sad ko tambok ug gamay. nako nabaw an ininsik man 2 na vitamins gamit sa akong manghod moeffect jud. hadlok lang ko gamit kai basin motambok sad nya ko maau.leng shei ang name naa sa may carbon na pharmacy, murag worldwide ang name..d ko sure hehe...
ako niwang ko pag high school pag sugod na college dha nku niburot ug sugod kaliwat pud goro... mas sayon rba patambok kaysa magpa daut... hehe

have you heard the word glutony? suwayi na...i had a friend who used to be thin that over a year he suddenly became so fat he gain about 80 pounds(from 120 to 200).... he eats 5 cups of rice per meal (isang kaldero),he drinks a pitcher of milk every morning during wake up & a pitcher everynight before to sleep...he eats snacks between meals no limits...he binge drinks...i'll bet life's saving for it... if that doesnt work in a year or half year...
