ic, kung ang company nangita ug j2ee developer unya ang nabutang sa resume kay self-study ra, ma hire ba kaha?

I think depende sa requirements sa company, if are looking for beginner to immediate pwde pa guro ang self study sa j2ee, if kihanglan cla og intermediate to advance aside from self study kinahanglan gyod nmo experience.

I see your point..but dili na mo matter kong gi onsa nmo pg certify whether ni agi ka og formal training or nag selfstudy ka..but one thing 4sure if you are sun certified there will be no questions ask..coz you already got what it takes to be...... hehe mura mnko nag promote ani..

depende, ang importante is expercience, if with certification is a plus. what if you pass the certification w/out practicing it..

usually mo ask gyod cla questions to confirm ang nabutang sa imo resume..

I think kong mag j2ee you need to learn jsp and servlets. I think mao na pinakabasic sa j2EE na component. then add other components later.
