I'm not sure if I agree with John Lennon. People don't need to have NO religion to understand each other. What is required is tolerance and respect. And there will always be countries, even as our families are little countries but do our parents entirely restrict us to play with other kids from next door? Families, countries, religion - it's just a way for us to find one another.

And yes I think religion is inevitable. Even high school kids have their own little 'religion.' Take note they already belong to the same school, but eventually they will belong to one small group in that school. It's just the way it is.

correct, they have religion... but, do you think they worship God with their hearts? i dont think so... they just go to church every sunday and nothing happens... they pray but not with their hearts...

God knows who are the true worshipers... not the serial killers... not the rapist... etc...
    think again...

    Religion is part of culture.

All I'm saying is people will always find ways to be in groups. Whether it be in the form of friends, families, institutions, religion, nations.
