60KB/s is already good considering 384kbps imong plan. murag around 48KB/s ra gali na kung 384kbps nga plan.

sauna nka try ko ana nga mo abot 100KB/s ang DL sa 384kbps kato last year. But for 2 weeks lng. Naa ra to problem sa globe. hehehe..

my only concern with globe's proxying is when i'm trying to do rs download. when i do, i reset til i get the 120.*.

torrent is no problem at all. it's always green.

I'm subscribed to a 3mbit globe broadband plan with a max download speed of 300kb/s, and I'm using PROLiNK Hurricane 5200 Modem/Router. All i do is go to setup screen of prolink and click FIREWALL>>DMZ. Under DMZ i put the IP add assigned to me by the router, usually its 192.168.1.2. Try to find DCHP settings and click on DHCP active clients, the IP address you see there is the IP address you put in the DMZ. That's what i do to make my utorrent go green. Good luck!
