You have NoScript running and it blocks something. Just click the NoScript icon in the bottom/right corner and allow it.

this is what happens to the pages using globelines connection. globelines mao ni nga ISP PINAKA BATI nga connection.

Baka mabagal lang connection ... 'di naglo-load ng maayos yung CSS.
