sir, required man jud na ang equity, labi na lots. basically, ang pag-ibig mo appraise sila 80%-90% ra jud, so naa jud ang equity. yes, pwede na ta mag-pareserve as early as now para mka pili ta ug lot nga atong gusto.

I thought lot is ok ra no need for equity.....I've been to PAG-IBIG na biya and basing sa imong sample computation sobra sobra man ang mahatag sa PAG-IBIG sa akoa....why not e agi nlang nato sa PAG-IBIG ang tanan anyway PAG-IBIG money is good as cash man dyapon na!!! kung dili dyud..... is there a way nga ma pa ubsan nato ang what you called equity?
