Hi ask lang ko if naa na naka sakay sa bago-o nga NEW trans asia ship going to cagayan de oro??

i came across thier website and they advertised they have the NEW mv Trans asia 3 route cdo to cebu vice versa! pwerting nindota sa mga pictures!!


operational naba ni? has anyone sailed on it ?

Insert lang nako ako experience before kato ila trans asia 1 nga ship ,the aircon got busted sa cabin and naturally complained ko sa 1 of the lady attendance,,,to cut the story short walay nabohat ipa open lang daw ang room namo while we sleep!!! what ticked me off was bastos kaayo ang pa nobag dili lang nako e detail cuz taas kaayo!!! i wrote 3 complaint letter to trans asia sa main branch adressed to different department to make sure they got my letter and emailed them the 4th letter!!!! walay gyud ayo!!! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!

sos wala na gani ko nag pa refund bastos pa kaayo ang staff ,,, feel nako na bastos pa gyud ko balik cuz i didnt get any feedback from trans asia after all the hassle theyv brought and of course the RUDE STAFF they had who i spoke to!!

i Hope e lecture sa trans asia ang ilang mga staff cuz theyr bringing down a name that alot of people have come to trust and respected for its good service !!!

it made me look at trans asia differently now !!

HOY trans asia make proper sanctions or punishment to your staffs that are proven bastos!!
e improve na inyo service oi!!!!!!!!!
and take customers complaints seriously cuz we are paying you for the services!!!!!

That's why I don't ride on Trans Asia. Cokaliong is much better. They explain things when something goes wrong.

try going to there website then pag pa member so you can login .....watch what happens theyl spam your email like there is no tomorrow!!!! cge lang ug send mga rubbish ....promos....or mga info nga walay klaro!!!!!!!

Then kung mag complain ka through email ........... sos ....wala gyud ka madawat bisan gamay nga sori or anything from them or any feedbacks for that matter!!!!

passenger ships such as trans asia should direct their full effort to please customers and to respond to any concerns ,,,like complaints !!!! E regardless of the accomodation sa passenger they should listen as long nga patron nila!



In conclusion they dont give a rats ...$%@^x!!!!!

OT: ako pod.. bahalag medyo hinay ilang mga barko, walay problema nako kay limpyo man kaau ang sulod & friendly ang crew.

Nakasakay ko sa Trans-Asia 3 gabii (Voyage No. 5) ug nibiya mi sa Pungtod pier at 8:20 kagabii. Niabot mi ganina diri sa Cebu at 4:30 AM pero tungod sa docking maneuver 5:00 AM na nakagawas ang estuyante. Ang ilang Floating Grill sa roofdeck ok ra man. Naa silay baligya nga puso ug barbecue didto ug on the spot makita nimo nga naay nag-grill or nagbarbecue. Reasonable man sad ang price nila like sa tag P15 nga mineral water ug P25 nga C2 ice tea drink. Ngadto sa cabin area nila kay ang pasahero moadto sa information ug magpili ug DVD tapes para ilang ipasalida didto sa ilang kwarto. Sa may tourist area ang ilang TV for public viewing kay flat LCD screen. Naa sad area where you can charge your cellphone.

Ang dili lang maayo kay, walay drinking fountain ug ang CR nagsugod na ka deteriorate. Dili maayo ang workmanship.

mmm im impressed with the flat screen as you say.well i guess its worth a try.

some questions though...

* is the ship really bigger than asia china or trans asia 1?? ( cuz they boast that biggest ship daw nila)

* is it cleaner compared to the other trans asia ships?? ( brand new man kaha ni nila)

* does it really look NEW

if the answer is YES then nag improve sila sa ila ship!

Now all they have to do is IMPROVE ON THEIR SERVICE.
