Mixing Paint - WHERE?

I am looking for a shop which can mix me Latex or other paint based on the color specs I will give them.
Any suggestion?

Do they just mix car paint (useless for me) or any paint (I need FLAT paint, not glossy at all...)?

i think they mix any kind of paint, its in front of honda motors

Also in Cabancalan boss. They mix paints while you wait. Dapit na siya atbang sa NPC pangita-a lang dako ila signage. Smalltime ra na siya nga store.

Asa nimo gamiton ang paint bro? For walls? Didto mi magpa mix sa Atlantic Hardware sa Tabo-an. Naa sila flat, gloss, semi-gloss.

Got the paint mixed already, at atlantic hardware. Painted the drywalls already and looks just great.
