It is stupid to want to change for its own sake. We should want change for the better.

But there's no point in changing the form of democratic government if the same CORRUPT leaders still run the show. If you want REAL change for the better, get rid of the dirty crooks running the government. Don't listen to those brown-nosing sycophants who adore these corrupt politicians.

Sukwahi man tingali ng question sa poll ani nga thread. If the poll was to ask the legallity of Charter Change then the question could read "Is Charter Change now Constitutional or not?". Otherwise "People's Initiative" is constitutional coz there are three legal ways to change the constitution: Con-Con, Con-Ass and People's Initiative (PI).

When I checked who voted that it is "unconstitutional"...starring gyud ang ngalan nila ni@mannyamador and @omar , gapataka lang gyud. Gezz, dude read first before hitting the button...or better still do some research.

Amending the Constitution ok ra sad kay naa man gyud sad angay usabon. Pro d lang e extend ang term ni PGMA sakto na nga mahuman siya till 2010.

There should be a charter change but the timing is somewhat not appropriate. Where in a brink of a global financial crisis this time
