    if IP sa LAN, then its because your IP is automatically obtaining an IP from your router. if Global IP, its because dynamic ang ip nimo sa imong ISP. ang pag-change sa imong ip commonly happens if you restart your router.

    perhaps ang reason nganong dili nimo ma-access ang computer sa imong sis is that ang local IP niya kay naka-automatically obtain. you have to manually input an IP. kung unsa nga local IP ang imong gibutang sa imong port forward, mao pud to ang IP sa computer sa imong sister.

    btw, do you know ruel quinahan? (did i get that right?) familiar ka da.

    Paghuman nimu ug forward sa port pwede nimu ma check kung na open naba using TELNET. Pero ayaw nalang lisuda imo kaugalingon gamit nalang ka ug Teamviewer kay sayon rana para nimu.

    you can also try Open Port Check Tool, it checks for open ports, make your local IPs static, para ig set nimo didto sa port forwarding rules dili mag ilis ilis,

    (public ip):5900 ---> (local static ip):5900

    Naa pd point si personalmgmt. Wla diay na nka static imo IP. Kailangan static imo IP kai nig portforward mo specify mn ka og asa nga IP iforward ang port. Basg diay lahi na imo IP rn sa IP imo gi specify sa portforward.
