that's why sonny o. back then said that if UP cannot offer courses like in Manila and IloIlo among others, the local government might as well take back the lot.
if the local government has the power to even have the armed forces facility moved, much more just a school campus and that's reality and that's a fact.
for UP alumni here, without biases and denial, do you really think UP Cebu is functioning to its full potential nor offering courses that it should? no offense but personally, i don't think so.
