NAa lang unta ko pangutana concerning BIR Permit:
1. Kinahanglan ba i renew ang permit every year or renew na siya automatic kung mobayad naka?
2. if i renew, pwede ba ang secretary lang or another person ang mo renew kay permi out of the country ang tag-iya?

yes, dpat na i.renew na every year, every december jud na hasta pud ang books of accounts. ok raman if naa lang representative ang muadto sa BIR

it's not really a permit. the correct term is annual registration fee, which is P500. this is supposed to be paid on or before january 30 of the current year. the books of accounts however, has to be registered in december, before the start of the year. as mentioned by ladymarie, pwede ra representative mo bayad.

Ask lng ko about sa BIR 1901, mu allow ba ang BIR mu claim sa file sa atu igsuon or asawa? Kinsa naka try mga pila sad ka days if ever ok ra? unsay kinahanglan dad-on pg kuha sa file? need pa ba ta ug letter of authorization sa atu brother or asawa?
