2 mons nko gamit lcd, bro.. ni decreased ako consumption sa electricity by php300+... ok na kau.
dako jud mo consume ug electricity ang CRT's..

daku gyud konsumo ang CRT bro, na compare naku kad2 nka LCD naku. la na reklamo ako ermats sa bill gud. ^^

depende ra jud na bro sa number of hours na iindicate sa manufacturer..

LCD's last long man ghapon, depends pud with the quality of the made... usually the primary thing to give in desktop LCDs are the power supply/inverters....

if "LCD's" will only last for 5 years, you wont see PIII laptops anymore today ayt? do i make sense?

we have here an alive celeron 500mhz with 64mb toshiba laptop.... LCD is still alive.

by the way, kung crt kay dako jud na kaon og koryente kay it take about a thousand step up volts on the flyback for it to work...
