im sorry, but i think ur missing my whole point here. it's obvious na di man jud sila kasulod tanan... and i did say they are capable of doing something big for the team if they get their heads up and start thinking things that makes them formidable. capable ba... naa potential kung magkasinabot lagi.

kung attitude problem lang ang istoryaan, kang JWilliams jud ang problem pero naa baay si pat riley ug shaq. of course, di sad na sila ganahan mahitabo ang nahitabo sa lakers sa una with malone and payton. where in, payton is with shaq na sad karon... of course they're hoping for the better.

hah? sure ka NOT BAD... All-Star team...gi pildi ug underdog? my God... angay buhaton ana nga mga team, adto na sila sa hospital..."panipsan" na ila nawong...

Yes I am very sure its not Bad at all! If you know your basketball, reaching the conference finals is already a very big achievement! You may also want to consider the fact that the Blazers of 2000 and Lakers of 2004 were beaten by STRONG teams! They werent beaten by a so-so team. Portland were beaten by Lakers with a young Shaq at the helm! And the Purple and Gold were beaten by a younger and athletic Detroit, who reached the finals the year after (reaching game7 with Spurs) affirming the fact that the Pistons are indeed a team to be reckoned with!
duhhh!!! nka ingon ra mo nga team to be reckoned ang Pistons pag daug nila against sa Lakers... unya katong wa pa ga sugod ang finals nila...soooss pirting luoya sa Detroit kay halos way mo laban nila...gi down jud sila ug duro sa public..kay mka champion nasad ang lakers...ingon pa si Kobe "we have a bright future"...asssuuussss assuming sad ang tunto...hahahahaha

i believe i did include him... anyway, shaun Livingston is a pass-first point guard (great for a team who has shooters :mrgreen and he's about to do a lot of passing. maybe pass on month or 2 for an injury but i really hope he can play because he's one of the rookies i admire too. everyone shouldn't be scared off by the trade for Sam Cassell. Livingston, 20, should direct this team for years once cassell calls it a career. He averaged 9.2 points and 6.8 assists in his 15 starts, and he figures to pile up the steals, as well. he's also considered a sleeper, and may produce valuable numbers from the bench this season in silence.
uh yeah you did. sorry my bad

of course, there's a need for this kind of player. if the heat can't get their heads up together, naa jud mo step up to make them play hard. mourning's a leader u know... with this attitude of his, nindot jud ang duwa nila. it has impact... strongwill, that's what makes a game in reverse.

u can always look at the bright side... and if ur smart enuf, and educational enuf... u shd think about what ur gonna say first.

being judgemental will get u nowhere..

Will Flip Saunder's Pistons still be a Defense oriented team?
    Like last season?
Because it was defense that made them to the finals Last season and
championship in the last 2003-2004 season. Will Flip Saunder will hold
up the reputation of the Pistons tenacious D?
    What do you think?

first of all, the firing of flip saunders from the wolve's den is believed to be unjust and that personnel changes with the players needed to be done rather than Saunders being fired. it as a needed change that has to occur for the team to progress as a successful organization.

anyway, the pistons, still, has the knack of defensive rhythm and it's already in their blood, in their minds, and in their hearts. there is a change of course...

flip saunders is a offensive minded coach, he likes to get points up on the board, which is unlikely for the detroit team. it's a good thing though, with a defensive stance set in their heads they can rack up points anywhere from the basket in flip's system. he's putting in equality, 50% offense and 50% defense. i dnt know if it's a good thing though, pero bag-o pa man sad nag-start and season. better and worst things are to come...

also, the Pistons have welcomed Saunders' low-key approach after Brown's relentless style during games and long practices. he's not that strict though, naka-coach ni cya sa CBA, where you can't rant and rave over every little thing on ur players. he's a player's coach, likes to have fun, joke and laugh-pero ayaw lang pasobra-i. unlike larry brown nga discipline jud ang naa sa team, tan-awa ang Knicks karon, kusog ang kasaba didto mni larry brown.

kusog pa ghapon ang detroit karon oi, but with less intensity and vigor than that of the larry brown stature... OVERALL, there's gonna be a change.

in this era of professional sports, may it be basketball (NBA), baseball (MLB) or football (NFL) or what have you, fans and team owners tend to forget any coach's accomplishments in the past 2-3 yrs. "what have you done to me lately" mentality most often than not prevails against a coach's "skins on the wall". the firing of head coach flip saunders by the wolve's front office may sound or look unjust but that's just how the professional sporting world go about doing their business. everything is just "business" to them.
Shut Up! Let your GAME do the talking!
