Mao ni ako logic: If we are in his own image and likeness then I can only assume that our weaknesses are his own. I do not believe he is perfect. He is just some sort of human being that achieved a higher level of existence.

Not weakness but weaknesses.

1. He cannot make something greater than himself, nor can he make something heavier than him.
2. He cannot afford to show himself to skeptics; he is very shy.
3. He cannot just kill the Satan [or whatever name], because it will make him eternally bored.
4. He cannot make a unified concept about himself [to at least solve the differences in religious theologies]
5. He cannot prevent the priests, ministers, pastors, imams, etc.. from making money [or else the churches will close shops due to poverty]
6. He cannot clarify some dubious theologies of different religions.
7. He cannot be independent with his "divine powers" or else it will make him an ordinary civilian [God has been so dependent with his powers since conception of the "god idea"]
8. He cannot send an angel to whip the most evil man of the century [like Stalin, Hitler, etc]

Much of what you said is true...And I see the depth of your thoughts (not to mention the philosophy behind) that only a few understand the pundit in you. If I got you correctly, sir, what you are trying to tell our friends here that the concept of god has gone through a lot of permutations (because of cultures, literature, philosophy, and abuse of reasoning or the lack of it) that people are so immobilized to think outside of their bigoted mind that a transcendent force, so immeasurably immense, is reduced to a mere book, or the sermons of their priests, pastors, imams etc, or some kind of a part of a culture and a deterministic philosophy that we erode the real essence of God and the very purpose of human thought. Reminds me of the insights of Galileo Galilei that: "I do not feel obliged to believe the same God who endowed us with Sense, Reason, and Intellect had also intended us to forego their use. "
