so any article to prove your claim na Davao is the Best City in RP? Since tanan mn kaha na istate nato dri sa forums should be based on facts.. Please post some proof or articles na Davao is the "most peaceful", "best police force", "best LGU", "most child friendly", ug uban pa na most.
