job hopping is ok, as long as you have somewhere to hop on to.. before you lose your job.

if you where pirated by other companies then the better, only proves your worth.

its ok coz if ur looking for a company with better compensation and benefits then might as well try different companies db?

so how will u know if that company is better unless u had experience with them not just here say..

and one thing if u had worked na in a lot of companies, i think it wud be better to put one or 2 only on ur resume so the HR wont have any doubts about your loyalty.. sa pag char2 lang gud na ug tubag db? they shud not know.. common sense ra gud y wud they hire pipol na cge lang ug balhin2 ug cmpany..it wud reflect db on ur resume na the problem is You not the company so y put all ur working experience in ur resume.. better thnk twice..

but really im ok with the job hopping like what the readers have said they have worked in a lot of companies but now they are contented na and had stick with the best company of them all..

just want to share my experience...

sa first job nko 6 months lang, dayon naa nag offer lain company so balhin ko, after 7 months nadawat ko apply sa next job nko(abroad,saudi)..dayon karon mag 2 years ko karon january..and i guess balhin na pod ko coz i got offer in abu dhabi na mas dako and daghan benefits..i guess its good for me.hmnnnn depende man cguro sa sitwasyon kung naa gud mag offer nimo mas maayo why not dili nimo dawaton, dba?

depende gyud na.... both have advantages and disadvantages. Advantage sa mag job hopping, makapili gyud kag maayong pay kay of course adto gyud ka sa maayo'g pay, di ba. Ang advantage pod kung magdugay ka sa usa ka company kay eventually dako2x pod imong retirement benefit.

there is really no point in staying in a company nga dili ka lipay or the least, satisfied... nindot man gyud nang company nga mo-uli ka lipay or fulfilled ka....
