    We are looking for 500 Call Center Agents for a New Account on one of the biggest call centers here in Cebu.     Qualifications:
    -at least 2nd year college (finished 4 semesters)
    -good to excellent English communication skills
    -knows the internet
    -willing to work shifting schedules

    wow..nice! another question. unsa inyo process sa application? test una or interview?

    some of the call center man gud kay go for the interview... and i dont get it..

    i think that's why you have training coz you train the employee about the product and how to talk..

    i think the skills is more important than the talk, its more easier...
