Better not think about salary first. Better worry about landing a job no matter the salary. Daghan na ra bang natangtang na IT ug nilower ng demand tungod sa crisis

Really? No, dili sad na mau if you just don't care what's your basis. I mean exact lang gud na amount enough sa mga developers na m-stay jud sila. We knew na bangkiigan jud ang mga bisaya when it comes to this field.

if opinion is what your looking for then here's mine:

    freshmen > 15K
freelancer > ranging from 0 to infinity, coz it's either you have no project, plenty of projects or overloaded with projects
    1 yr exp > 20K+
    2-3 yr exp >30K+
    4-5 yr exp >50K+
    5 up > 80K+

tinuud ka bro i think its the opposite... got some basis na mka prove ka na ni lower ang demand nato mga programmer?

based on my personal experience... companies now a days are so aggressive in acquiring graduates from the IT or CS courses... ang uban gani kay mag part time maestro pa aron makita jd nila ang mga possible students na ila i hire...

Some company offer just like this one especially those start-up but kng majority jd kay 1-3 yr exp > 12k-20k, 3-5 > 20k-40k, 5up kay dako na kay wla naman sila diri sa pinas naa na sila sa gawas which is dollar na ang rate.

    thanks,

we should also consider the entire package, not just the 'basic' pay.... some companies may give 40-50k etc... but they might not have OT pay or insurance... and stuff. so i think we need to balance it out

and i'd like to add the most of the ads out there are not really giving the real price.

they use some technique to lower your actual market value ehehehee... when interview comes.

one is "I like you, but you don't have enough experience for this position <position>... so i can only offer you <this much>" kind of statements.. watch out sad mo ana ehehe... important jud nga ig interview naa jud ka idea pila jud imong gusto.. para di ma ilad sa offer2x ehhe
