You should start with Flash Games, I'll give you a link from Kongregate. Just follow the trail of tutorial and you can create a basic flash game on your own.

hmmnn Morag wla mn guro diri sa cebu maybe sa Manila naa. If you're thinking hardcore game programming such as making games using C/C++ well morag taas2x jd imong tun-an nya it's not an easy task compare sa ordinary programming such as business apps. You've got to consider a lot of things when it comes to game programming such GDI, DirectX, AI programming..etc.

Well I'm not an expert in game programming maybe someone could enlightened us.
