yup. pushing oneself too hard, stretching oneself too thin, may cause stress and eventually may lead to migraine, if in between breaks are not introduced. that is why do things in moderation. kung di na kaya, ayaw pugsa kay sakit jud sa ulo ang resulta. have experienced such occurences a couple of times. like when i have to meet a certain deadline, i deprive myself of rest and keep on pushing my self harder just to finish my work. eventually inig human sa trabaho, mag migraine na. sad plight though, pero avoidable baya.
