I heard gipa tas an na gamay sa Sykes ila basic this year. But regardless of their basic pay, IMO their benefits is UNPARALLELED. Layu ra gyud kaau ang uban BPO.. Liman kag 20 ka vacation leave, ug 20 pod ka sick leave, Sus ang uban wa man gani kaabot 20 for both.. I would say much better ang eTel ana kay naa 60 ka leaves available in a year tapos convertible to cash ang 30 if dli nimo ma consume.. Ang maternity leave is 78 days and its also paid. Ang kanang 2 months advance payment kay mao na ihatag sa SSS for maternity benefits. It applies to most companies not only BPO in the country

ang unang call center kay ang mga nag facilitate ug mga tele marketing(outbound pa jud). Wala pa ng Sykes, naa na naghire ug mga telemarketing.

OT: am not selling etel here.. i was just pointing out nga first call center sila mas maau unta if dako2x ilang sweldo compared sa ngsunod ra nila sa bpo dinhi sa cebu.. nya naa may ni react nga mas maau ang benefits nila.. ako lng gicompare nga dli na in.ana kadako ang benefits
