Dugay pa review bro maybe March or April kay May man usually ang exam. For salesman adto sa DTI ask for an application form and checklist.

naay mga accredited review centers sa cebu bro like NREA and CEREB..sa NREA ko nag review para brokers exam..

under the law real estate salesmen should be employed under a broker..if u want to go freelance take real estate brokerage exam lang bro..to take the exam which is conducted by DTI you need at least 144 units in college and a certification that you undergo a comprehensive real estate review and seminar from a DTI accredited review center..
