The most important thing gyud siguro bai on the road to repentance is to learn to forgive yourself. IF you don't know how to do that then how can you say you deserve to be forgiven by God? God will not believe you if you don't believe in your own regrets. In other words, don't be a hypocrite when you ask for forgiveness.

Hmmmm. Dili man pud ni sakto na lugar musulti ko na mo confess nga nag repent ko... its between God and me ray naka hibaw ana or mas sya pa ang naka hibalo sa tanan. Kay mas hypocrite lang ang mangayo ug pasaylo nga basta basta lang nga murag ga-an pero bug at diay toh... Pareha ras dako kaayo imo atraso ana na tawo daw yano kalang mu pangayo ug soory sa iyaha..., i think naka hibalo ta kung asa ta na place.

btw, i don't know where you got the idea that i'm not a believer. if you're speaking in "catholic" terms then "no" i'm not a believer but in no way in any section or thread have I stated that that I am against the idea about a higher being.
