unsa imo OS pre? kung windows XP ka try to check IMAPI CD-Burning COM kay basin wla naka start ang service. I butang ang startup type sa "Automatic" then start the service.

Brand or Make of your Writer? What software did you use? Have you tried burning audio using Media player lang?

depending on your brand, most of the firmware releases can be downloaded from the official site. Look for a firmware version that will solve the problem. Consider this as your last option though.

same case,

but managed to dlod a firmware, same ra japon, error.

ang error kay : SESSION FIXATION ERROR.

nashock lang ko kay ok paman to cya pila days ago...
but pag burn nko (using the same brand of blank cd) nag fixation error na cya...
na uninstall na ug reintall ang nero but same thing...
actviated man pd and Flextralink sa Asus-Cdrw nko...
ive also tried using another brand, same problem...

bai if your using nero as your burning software they have a nero toolkit which determine the type of your cdrom and what formats they can write and also at what speed!! plus more cdrom info.. you can also test if cdrom writing, reading. Just try the nero toolkit utilities.

Also thats true some cdroms are very choosy on what cd's they can read/write i dont know y.. And if your burning audio from a cdrom source try to check if that audio cd has a copyright protection. Maybe thats one of the factors that causing not to write.

And also have you tried buring an audio cd? especially made for audio? they have a different write speed you know.

wa nuon nako na check if muburn cya ug cd-audio, although last week ni burn paman nuon to.

if mu burn cya ang data, upto 75-80% of 700mb ra cya kutob. after ana, mu write error dayon. Hasta gud pag-erase, dili mu-erase..
"Cannot Perform Entrack Something" man to... ako nlng CDRW i-paon para dili au sayang...
