regarding our staff...honestly, may inalis na po ako sa mga staff ko ung naka-short/cap palagi. madami na kasi ako negative feedbacks nakuha at di ko na din gus2 ung mga ginagawa nya.. to be fair to my staff & to the customers.. from time to time i read all what you post & i analyze them & check the situation. meron din ksi mga customers na naninira lng ksi di sila agad na-entertain. meron din ksi mga cus2mers na may konting attitude towards sa mga staffs ko. pero it doesn't mean i tolerate ung attitude ng staff ko towards cus2mers. lalo na kung mali mga staff ko. kaya nga may mga inalis din ako mga tao..
