yes and badly too at that... she's been like yellow for weeks now. i don't know who's her doctor but she just said she's been to one and that her doc put her on this diet so that her liver won't be working that hard. so she's strictly on this vegetarian diet, absolutely no meat. no dairy products. no egg. but she's allowed sweets and carbo. the other time she tried to push her luck and ate meat she did have the same tummy ache as before. she also won't divulge as to what was her doc's diagnosis. i can't help but think she's downplaying her illness right now. and from what i'm seeing it looks like it would really help if she got herself admitted to the hospital soon.

thanks kylee.. we're not really that superclose like to the point of knowing where she lives... that's the thing man gud, i think she's shy with the fact that they are not really that well off. had i known where she lives i would have long ago dragged her to my doc as well. as it is its hard to get her out of the house now and meet her halfway. a lot of us are willing to sponsor any treatment or do fund-raising if it reaches that point but of course we gotta know first what the real deal... any nursing or of medical field people here? what signs should we look out for etc, do's and don'ts in approaching her?

correct me if i am wrong. is jaundiced the same with hepatitis? naka try man gud ko hepa before and i was on medication for about 2 months yata. but my skin discoloration lasted only a week. my doctor gave me this green capsule (i forgot the name) which i took 3x a day. then during the period that i had skin discoloration, i was only allowed to eat sweets and carbo. fish also, but less.

definitely, your friend needs to be checked as soon as possible.
