sa ym, the txt receiver(cell) has to reply to the sender at least on the third txt for it to continue working. kay kung dili, dili na madeliver ang txt from pc, & the thing is, the pc sender has no way of knowing na wala na diay tu nadawat sa cell. just my experience.
