eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5
use this calculator and see how much power you could possibly use. most PSU's are overrated UNLESS you have a gaming CPU with SLI and what not your better off getting a lower powered PSU 300-350W is pretty alright
better buy the PSU with active PFC. (power factor correction) it will help you from fluctuations 'cause since it automatically adjust from voltage fluctuations.Unlike passive PFC where you manually adjust the input voltage switch (110-220V). you can see the selector switch near the power switch & AC input plug. This is one reason why PSU with active PFC cost higher than a PSU with passive PFC.
mga brod..i would prefer buy mo ug silverstone coz of their warranty..it's 3years warranty..reliable sab..dili sab mo magproblema kay ang distributor ana kay naa ra diri sa cebu..
use the calculator
it will give you an overview of how much power your pc needs
lets say you're pc is drawing 250 watts
a 300watt psu will be ok
but the problem with this is, the psu will generate more heat
we don't want that inside you're case
but if you opt to get a 400 or a 500 watt psu
it runs cooler and will last longer too
and for peace of mind get silverstones
3 years is 3 years![]()
