if i have that kind of money, i say i-half nako. ang 1st half is either i.invest ug yuta or isulod sa bank for the meantime until naa ko makita na property na worth sa money.it could also be a down payment sa ako napilian na property. kay lahi gyud nang naa ka maangkon na property maskipapano oi.
ang 2nd half would be incurred to business. kay dugay na kaayo ko nangandoy mu invest sa business. i know daghan mu discourage sa ako mag business kay daghan rason:

• 1. risky at this time of life
  2. no knowledge about the business
  3. unpreparedness for eventualities, especially reserved funds for loss of business

pero i would love to go through the risks kay being in any situation be it rewarding or a disappointment is a learning i could get for my life.
