That just reinforces the idea na kung wala sa ilang website ang info on how to handle cases on annotation error, then its not that big an issue.
Annotation after all is just a supplementary info lang.

O.T. ni sir ha, pasensya na. hello bycane, just wanna ask if you have an idea of how many months or years should I wait for the US EMbassy to give me a US visa.

Here's my case...

Ako Wife is now in Texas, ni 5 years na siya didto. So she is eligible to apply for Citizenship this November. Last week ni hatag na siya ug application for citizenship. Pila ka months ang akong wife mu wait before she turns into a Citizen?

She also told me na, i already have a pending petition sa US Embassy, kay she petitioned me even when she was still an immigrant. By the time she'll turn to Citizen, automatic daw akong status ma change. If so, how many months ko mag wait, if my wife is already a Citizen, before i get my US immigrant Visa?

Due to backlog for US naturalization, expect lang ka mo take na ug 6-12 months process para sa iyahang Citizenship. Same gihapon na para sa imong VISA (K3). Hopefully by late 2009 or Early 2010 maka anhi napud ka. Asa dapit imong wife sa Texas bro?
