my pet just had a grooming yesterday. he was perfectly fine till in the afternoon when we picked him up. we noticed on his privates it was swollen and very red. he also has some wounds clearly from the shears. i believe the shears they used were infected and caused my pet to have inflamation on his underside. has anyone had this problem? i called my vet and she suggested to use flammazine cream which we have done. however, as of this afternoon, it just got a tad worse. my pet refuses to walk. i believe the irritation increases when he walks.

hahay... what to do i will go back to them tommorow morning and if I don't get an answer i like would consider filing a case against them.

does anyone have any idea who this Luz Tan is? What other business does she run? Whats her main line of business? I think this pet shop thing could be just a hobby because there seemed to be another business beside it. any info regarding who this person is would be appreciated.

@ckice168, not to add more fire on the amber; however if you need further assistance on legal matters i COULD probably assist you. based on your username "168", you probably have an idea that she and her cohorts are of the same "cultural 168 line". if that is MORE than your beloved four legged friend send me an email/pm, could probably assist you more on co-complainant/plaintiff to your cause/case.
