CDO is progressing very good, but don't make the mistake of dragging down Davao with your crab mentality thru false claims or you'll get a dose of your own medicine. Next time try make sure your statements are factual, honest, and have solid basis (even some posters from CDO do this and their moves are admirable unlike sa gapamotbot), then things will be well.

I wonder if this kagay-anon is really from CDO or gabugalbugal ra gyud kay gapataka ra'g istorya to the point it's an embarassment to CDO with his false claims birahon pa ang Davao, basin dili ni taga CDO ba gusto lang mangita'g samok. Davao didn't brag about our Ayala construction, hindi nagha-hype kaya naging low profile and not widely publicized......

it's funny how people rant about the advances of their city/hometown like did something to make those advances happen. they fight over a petty subject when one needs to do is to appreciate and support. who cares if plans in cdo didn't realize, why does davaoenos' (and wherever in this country you may come from) balls sore when they hear such dev't updates? we're all tax-payers in this country and sore-residents who continually complain about the shortcomings of every public thing in a city. grow-up!

Naga-create sila ug hype sa CDO misinforming people that they are the most progressive city in Mindanao, undermining other cities like Zamboanga, Gen. Santos etc. and most of all Davao. check you facts bro... i don't think ang mga taga pagadian and zamboanga, moagi sa cagayan... since its in the other side of the map. if you are going to pagadian, and you going thru cagayan.... dugay kaayo ka moabot ana. inig abot nimo sa cagayan, magtracking pa ka ug about 6 hours para moabot kag pagadian... while kung mag via ozamiz ka, it would only take you 2 hours tracking... pagadian na... same with other zamboanga places... ozamiz ang gateway sa pikas side... dili cagayan... tan-aw sa ug map sa mindanao uy...

Nice intellectual exposition about the commerce of Davao. However, this thread is about Ayala Center in Cagayan de Oro and how it boosts the Economy of Cagayan de Oro City, not about who owns who and which one claims over the name of what. Wala man nag mention ang thread starter nga mas better ang CDO sa Davao. Ofcourse, klaro man nga mas dako ang Davao sa CDO and mas progressive. There's no doubt about that. Naa gud Francisco Dagohoy INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ang Davao and is the only internation airport in Mindanao that serves regular actual internation flights on a regular basis. Klaro man na? Almost all developing centers will claim that theirs is a Major Commercial Center. Ofcourse, it is not only CDO that has the right to call itself that. Wala ma'y problema, tanan man lugar Center of Commerce..Depende pud sa imung negosyo.
