If you read my post earlier, he did force me to sign.. and also the other people who walked past him. "Sign ka dito.. sige na". If you were in our situation it was hard to refuse, knowing he was one of USC's faculty.

@TS, I have been to many situation like that. It's in that type of situation mameasure imong pagkatawo. Anyways, it's your choice, and you just need someone na mablame nimo.

i think what the TS wants to say kay, dili lang unta mamugos ang maistro ug pa-sign sa istudyante..

Maayo man mo kay isog mo.. ang uban nga dili? ang uban nga under ana nga maistro? mapugos lang ug sign bisan dili ganahan.. any carolinian kay makasabot nga naa jud maistro nga kung ma-initan ka, hagbongon ka..

I agree with those previous sentiments like junmar4's~ How did Mr. Duzon "force" you? Did he put a gun to your head? Did he threaten to report you? (on what grounds, on what basis?) or threaten to degrade you?



Just basing on your testimony, you actually signed it be it would be CONVENIENT for you to just sign the form rather than stand up for your convictions there and then.

Plus, MORE CONVENIENT for you NOW to gripe about it HERE where you're basically ANONYMOUS possibly because to make yourself feel better on what you failed to do in actuality.

Being forced can either be verbal or physical. Lain naman na imo bai, "Did he put a gun to your head?". Physical, and extreme force na na. I never thought ReEd teachers possessed guns.. His was verbal, you just didn't have the opportunity to actually hear the tone in his voice. Just out of nowhere nangsitsit ang maestro tapos ni-ingon "Sign ka dito.. Sige na", in a very ungrateful tone.

Then I was like, "Para unsa ni? What for??"
"Reproductive Health Bill.. bakit, you're pro? You would side with this bill? Huh?"

In-ana bitaw, lain kaayo it's as if he's saying, "Ngano man doh.. angal ka? Sige kay na.."

Hypocritico kaayo ang mga tao diri, saying you should stand up for your rights.. If you were in my place, di jud ka maka-ingon ug in-ana. And yes, I was in a hurry, and knowing that USC is a catholic school, going against the school's plan-of-action (lol), is a bad, bad idea. Even my ReEd 30 teacher would discriminate me just because di ko catholic. What wrong did I ever do in her class? Nothing, gusto lang jud ko niya init-initan. Same with this Duzon guy. I'm not afraid to be discriminated, di lang ko ganahan ug lalis. Besides, nagdali pud ko. If I said "Sir, I side with the Reproductive Health Bill, so no thanks I'm not signing." Heh, imagine nalang what he will say against me. Again, nagdali ko, no time for low-life arguments.

Also, I managed to spot his students bringing about the list this afternoon asking me to sign. Tapos ni-ingon ko, "Humana ko ug sign ganina". And they were like, "Sige lang, sign lang usab". What the..

FYI maam, carolinian ko. I even argued before sa akong foreigner nga teacher sa Physics on a certain topic. Wa ko papilde until niabot mi sa chairman. I kept my stand. Ngano mahadluk man hagbungon? Unless takilid ka daan.

Wala na siya giaaway, it's just telling him not to blame other people on his choices.
