    @ss185220 -> yes, I have no question about the work and sa mga people na nag work sa ncr... pero ang admin man mo politics kaau... nag sugud ni miguel...then na buking ni sheryl...then...sheryl got fired(dont know why...) hantod na karon...isig papelay lang mga managers dili ka standup sa ilang own Decisions... its like they're dancing with the devil... hahahaha!

    Sheryl just knows to much about the baho of the management team....di ba sya ang nibuking ni Miguel..She also did it with Roselyn Aberion...sumbong niya ni Leo na uyab sila ni Alvin Carvajal..sumbong sad niya si Roselyn ngadto ni Jeff regarding the CRR na gi issue before there was an orientation..in fact it was her suggestion that made HR made the orientation kay kasab an man sila Jeff..sumbong sad na niya si Victor...so naturally gipahawa...

    Then Sheryl filed a labor case against NCR. She won lately so legally she is still the Finance Lead of Cebu and no person in the world can change that because its the court decision...if you have read the decision Sheryl sent to us you will know that even the labor arbiter sees that gibuhat buhatan lang sya ug charges sa management...if matud pa sa labor arbiter "they eased her out because she champions the cause of the people and management of NCR doesnt want her to."

    pagkahibaw ni Roselyn Aberion, dili gyud madrawing iya nawong...nangluspad naglakaw...si Narinder ni leave padulong sa India bisan bag o pa nag leave...ehehhe...You know that his name really appeared in the decision? na sya ang niingon ni Sheryl na do not champion the cause of the people...Thats what he gets when he indiscriminately listen to Roselyn's suggestion even knowing that Roselyn is harboring ill will against Sheryl. He should have suspected Roselyn to be doing everything in her will so that Sheryl will not have the chance of telling Roselyn Adultery, grossly immoral conduct together with an engineer in NCR before...

    I guess Victor and Jerry was also victimized by Roselyn's way of passing her job..it was supposed to be her job to fire people but she manipultated NArinder to do that..Now she manipulated Victor and Jerry to try to fire one of Jerry's subordinate. and harass her while she is here..The engineer filed a complaint in ethics and a case in labor. Victor and Jerry got a warning against harassment from NCR ethics department...So if it was Roselyn who made the move of trying to ease out this vocal engineer..it would have been her who would have received the NCR ethics warning..but then again as i said she convenient passed her responsibility and manipulated againg Victor and Jerry..

    That's what NArinder, Victor and Jerry get for keeping an incompetent HR manager..They could have easily terminated Roselyn because they already know she is not doing anything, passing her responsibility, blaming others for her mistake, those are acts of dereliction of duty diba sa CRR. Plus she commits the crime of Adultery and i think its in our CRR that anyone who commits a crime the penalty would be dismissal..CRR did not say the person needs to be convicted because we all know that it takes too long for the court to convict a criminal at least 10 years... and during the 10 years...NCR is keeping a criminal employee...

    One of the engineers got hold of an email from her leaders who was told by HR and management not to give her a good rating and not to give her an increase...when the engineer's manager and leader would have already gave her an excellent rating...as in gi pachange gyud sa local management..then deny deny pa gyud na si Roselyn....dont try to fool the new engineers oy...gabaan ka...

    igoumo, pwede ask sa copy hihihihi...i only got to know sheryl for a short time but i can tell she's a great person always crackling jokes and smiling...natingala lang ko one time nga nag night siya, so like i was thinking naa di night nga hr? naively i thought ingana ka daghn iya work and/or dedicated kaau siya. lately nagka suod mi ni vocal engineer and that was the only time im so aware of the bad vibes going around the company...tagae ko b hihihihi...thanx in advance

    wla madayun ang pag transfer sa new building and there is no specific date na mamalhin. gpadakan ra ang night diff ,samtang wla pa transfer 20% na ang night diff namu.
