i usually do wear my seatbelt but i'd like them try to see if i'm wearing my seatbelt or not. my car is tinted so dark that they can't even see.

I'd like to see them impose that law regarding the HID's. most LTO guys don't even know how tell if the headlights are HID or not.

For modifying any part of the original design of a private vehicle without approval of LTO and the DTI a fine of P2,000.

WTF does this mean? this is very broad! If you want to put a chin on your car or even bigger rims you have to get approval from LTO? that's dumb.
