I honestly think before they make an ordinance, pass an ordinance or put it into LAW, they should look at the whole scope prior to doing it. And inform the Public as to the reasons why they are doing it prior implementation. They should inform the people that are selling these modification prior to implementation. Once people get an understanding and are informed we can take necessary changes. Although per link there are some rules I cant get over , especially for us oldschool enthusiast regarding rear seatbelts.

The word is simply "Equality" If we are to be strict with modifications, passenger number, garment use (ie slippers) etc, It has to be equal with all the laws in traffic (ie no parking, no stopping, no excess passengers, no smoke belching, certain PUJ w no headlights at night cant see em, etc.) People will be inclined to follow rules if NO one gets away with it.

My 2 cents - we have a long way to go with our traffic rules let alone inforcing them.

A friend of mine wondered if our Traffic rules were just mere Suggestions since he noticed a lot dont obey them.

Equality, Strict implementation of all vehicles including impt people, Govt vehicles, and a lot of thought before even writing and passing of city ordinance.

i guess that would be the correct procedure...not just directly implementing it...then after a few days...forgetting about it...

unsay base nila ani? i think supak ni sa atong tawhanong katungod.

it is an accepted fact that a man's car is an extension of his abode. now, will they dictate to me what im gonna wear inside my house? bullsh!t!

as to the modifications.. i think there should be clear-cut paramaters as to what is allowed and what is not. they are living in a celluloid world if they believe cars do not need modifications. it does. else, people will change cars as often as they blow their birthday candles.

was there a public hearing about these new rulings? there ought to be, or else, these guidelines are not valid.
