poor ang performance sa imo engine ana if convert to LPG... ingon driver sa taxi ako nakahinabi... na wala jud kusog ang engine if powered by LPG, niya sometimes magkamatay matay... so better stick with petrol...

di naka kasaka sa nivel hills lahug ana... even padung palang gani Honda Cebu ang taxi di na kasaka ana na slope.

I've heard makadaot kuno ni sa Makina , is this true? feeling that instead of actual liquid type with lubricants kay gas based man would it be bad for engine?

According sa mga mekaniko, mas mubo ang kinabuhi sa makina using lpg than the usual gasoline. Nakasulti gyud sila ana based ra pud sa ilang experience sa mga suki nila nga clients nga naggamit ug LPG ug gasoline. Mas init kuno kaayo ang engine kung LPG ang gamit ug some engine parts di kasugakod sa ka kainit.

Kanang naggamit ug LPG nga moingon walay kusog ang dagan, wala na ma tarong ug templa sa hangin ug LPG mixture same with gasoline fuel, kung di matarong ang templa di kaayo kusgan.

Just like any hydrocarbon based fuel, makatabang gyud kung sagolan nimo ug vaporized water component ang imong fuel, that way mas maayo ang sunog during combustion, mas limpyo imong engine ug dili kaayo init ug makuhaan ang usual baho sa exhaust.

How safe is LPG in an accident?

Very, much more than petrol or diesel. It’s a common misunderstanding that because LPG is a gas, it’s highly explosive. However, because of the way it’s stored, it can’t explode in an accident as it never comes into contact with oxygen, unlike petrol. Furthermore the LPG tank can survive far greater impact than a normal petrol tank and has numerous in-built safety devices.

Can LPG damage or affect my engine?

Most engines can be converted without causing any damage as long as your engine is in a good working order. LPG is a cleaner burning fuel and will actually reduce wear and tear.

LPG is safe but it depends on the kit that you buy and if the conversion is done right. Ford is selling kits from sweden (prins) and they are probably the best on the market. very expensive but if you want something done right, you have to spend for it. No power reduction, it uses a slave ECU so it connects to your cars computer. they have very good reviews in europe.
