"Dili dayon mohatag ug money kung wlay ticket" --- their are legitimate agencies that asks for your initial down payment, meaning they need the money to process in your behalf so that documents will be issued etc..

"RESIBO NA LANG ILANG HABOL" ---- did you guys check the BIR number,TAN number sa resibo after mo ni bayad? or is the receipt you received was just like any ordinary receipt na u can just bought anywherelse?
coz BIR receipt like this transaction usually in written form with your name and all written their.

Jinggay Ditan was arrested last night on 10 counts of estafa. If you have filed a case against her or know anybody who has, let them come forward. If we have enough warrants and counts against her she might not be allowed to walk. We know she will post bail and she might be released as early as tomorrow (saturday, october 4).

She is being detained at the Mabolo Police Station. Tomorrow morning they will transport her to capitol to process her bail.

Further details on the arrest:

Jinggay Ditan scammed 10 families sometime in 2006. My family was one of the victims. Since then she has gone into hiding.

I personally saw her at Mcdonalds IT Park last sunday at 3am. We followed her back to Convergys. We later discovered she had been working there for 5 months already. CONVERGYS DID NOT KNOW ABOUT HER CRIMINAL BACKGROUND.

We did stakeouts for 5 days. It culminated in an arrest last night.

As of 3pm today, Jinggay Ditan managed to post bail of P294K. As she was led out, the warrant officer recognized her and had a bunch of unserved warrants for her. So it was back to the Mabolo Police Station for Jinggay Ditan.

Further developments most likely on Monday. By then we will have communicated the news of the arrest with our contacts in the NBI.

Again, if you know victims of Jinggay Ditan, let them know.
