    Asa nga ACE website? Sa forums? If sa forums, I have the same problem. Mo sulod ko sa router then human ako i-DC then connect ko balik. If wala pa gae gihapon, reboot your PC. You can also check this site.

    ge ari najud ko sa tech. from globe but wa nila na resolve ang prob. ingon sa tech balik ra daw cya ron!

    How about tawag 171. Then press 1 for English, 4 for Broadband problems, 2 for Visayas and 0 if you want to talk to their customer support representatives. Hahaha ako ng na-memorize kay sigeh ko tawag nila. I think, i-restart ang imo modem will do the trick master.

    hahaha ig pislit nimo ug 0, paet kayo pa pilion pajd ka 1 for PLDT 2 for Smart 3 for mozcom hahahaha
