depends on ur mobile phone, buy a phone wd wifi and voip feature, like nokia e51, then google truphone or fring..

Try to get an account from freeworlddialup and download a softphone x-lite, that should be a good start.

once you have and account with fwd, you can try to call their test number 613.

actually voip is not for mobile phones like the one we are using these days. naay mga simple nga voip nga drtiso nimo setup ila router ug if naay router nga para voip imo tawgan free ang call. mao nang gitawag nila ug voip!!!

I am currently using a nokia E65 with fring installed on it. My provider is freeworlddialup.
