ok rna bai COD4 on a laptop,
basin ila laptop has similar specs w/ an Alienware say w/ the M17x perhaps,
pero dili gani,
one shouldn't wonder why naay heat issues, etc.
pero if M17x na ila or similar then naay heat issue, mao nay naay issue to raise,
because M17x (or similar spec'd) is supposed to be a gaming beast designed to pwn even COD4
quite handily.
Otherwise dili na gyud angay ika-hibong, then mag multi-tasking pa gyud...
here's the temp sa ako laptop
CPU----60-62C
GPU----66-68C
no laptop cooler
playing for 2 hours

this is basically the COD4 max settings
by the way ako table sa office na tungod sa aircon hehehe.
naa nay crysis warhead...
pero murag sayang kung mopalit ka ani
kay mag minimum settings jud ka ani sa imong laptop...
dili nimo ma enjoy ang nindot kaayo na grahics...
unless if naa kay gaming PC.
currently gaming COD4 ver 1.7 on 1920 x 1200 resolution, all setting to max, 4X AA, 16X AF, @ 135FPS avg
And all I can say is WOW....hehhehe
those temperatures are really disturbing. CPUs having temperatures above 51c is not good.
i saw Alastor atong MBM Lan Party where he's playing cod4 sa laptop niya. im sure dili pud kaayo to init.
