100% in agreement...... nz is a very nice place to settle if you have a family. My brother is in Wellington, NZ and my whole family has gone there to visit him. Here's an overview of what NZ holds in store for you:

    Roads and Infrastructure:
The hi-ways are so wide that they even have an overtaking lane. Roundabouts are very common as they serve as junctions for intersecting lanes. Overspeeding cameras are installed on major roads and of course speeding gadgets are used to intercept what else - overspeeding drivers!!! Most cars are surplus cars from Japan but they have brand new cars. Mode of transport are trains, cars and buses.
In wellington, the city center is not that big - ma compare nato ni sa Colon ra kadak-a. It houses Victoria University, the Parliament, and other establishments. Of course - there always a McDonald's and Burger King.

    Nature and Weather
Grabe ka nature oriented ang mga taw did2. Parks are really really well maintained. You can rent roller blades & bikes. If the sun is shining, you can see most Kiwis in the park basking in the sunlight. Their pier is called Queens wharf which is beside their park. Kayaks and paddle boats can be rented. Ang dili na ko kaya ang weather during winter, di na ko kaya ang tugnaw - although it is much colder in canada! hehehe but summer in NZ is great.

    People....People....People...
Yup, gamay ra kaayo ang taw and much lesser pa dyud ang batan-on or yuppies. They are all in Europe or Australia. Naay age gap sa NZ. You see Kiwis (as they are called) ages 0-17, 50-85. In between ana nga mga ages scarce kayo. I feel like a dwarf there kay I'm only 4"11 and the average population height is 5'8". Kiwis are really fond of their weekends, They go out on camping trips, rent rvs, go south, go fishing or if there's rugby - support their national team! The number of migrant workers in NZ are increasing. It is not uncommon to bump into a Filipino when you are shopping. Besides us daghan sad migrant na Indians, and Chinese.

    Healthcare
Never been admitted sa hospital pero I went once to visit my auntie who is a nurse. Not a doctor pero advance man kaayo ang nawong sa ilang hospital. gamay ra sad ang naa sa sulod ug kasagaran patient was vehicular accidents, nabalian, nanganak, terminal illnesses ug kanang rare illness. wala man koy nakit-an nga mga morbid cases of stab wound and gun shots wound. " According to my aunt who works sa admitting section maayo gali kuno sa 3 months naa silay case nga ingon ana.

    Jobs for migrant workers
I'm no expert pero this are the jobs i found most common sa mga Filipino nga naa did2.
    1. Nurse
    2. Nurse
    3. Nurse
    hehehehe bitaw, Nurse dyud daghaan.

Actually, anyone who qualifies sa ilang point category can apply as a migrant skilled worker sa
NZ. you dont have to have a migration agency help you. Kinahanglan imong job and qualifications kay mosulod sa skills shortage list. if you are really interested, just visit their website www.immigration.govt.nz

Good luck to anyone who wishes to visit NZ.

Im NZ now.. at wala akong masabi kundi babalik ako dito. hehehe

My Company sent me here for 5 weeks just to facilitate the transfer sa IT Infra
dito sa Auckland. This place is really fit for those family who want to raise their children well...

and discrimination? so far all of them are friendly.
I went to a Gala just this week, yung kung saan ila ginabaligya ang second hand na gamit...
and I never felt any discrimination during that time.
very friendly, I even went to watch the Live game
between Vodafone Warriors and Sidney Roosters, they're very accomodating even tho
    didto rami nagmeet sa stadium.

ratio ng car diri murag is parang 1 is to 3 hehehehe
you really need a car here, cause gamay ra ila transport diri.
di pareha sa atoa nga taga 10-15 seconds naa.. diri you will wait for 30 or 1 hour
wa pa hinoon ko kasuway since naa company service na g-provide.

    Clean and Green New Zealand.
