Hi everyone,

I have a bit of a problem, I cant access 192.168.1.1. This is the link I need to open to access the modem configuration right? Well, I can't open it and I have been trying a lot of times. I accidentally reset the modem. Also, how do I run speed test.

try turning off your modem for 10seconds, then turn it back on. if it still doesn't work then check your LAN wire connecting to your modem, it might be disconnected or not properly connected. good luck

to access the modem configuration page, you need to set static ip address on your NIC. then specify a gateway address. once this is done, access the gateway address in your browser and the modem configuration page will come up.
