Three things, experience, skill (which you gain most from experience) and ATTITUDE. It's no use to hire someone who is highly skilled but doesn't have the right attitude. Say for example someone who always fail in terms of teamwork. I guarantee you, know matter how skilled your team are if they don't have teamwork, they won't go anywhere else but in the starting block.
It doesn't garantee,if you are a college graduate that you know everything. You have to consider that we are not a robot or computer that we know everything. In this kind of field you need to upgrade ur knowledge towards computer para dli ma ulahi.
