You are extremely right. Had the police did not make it on time, the brains behind the elimination of Bubby Dacer and his driver Corbito, would be the first to arrive at the scene and we know what will happen next. He would have ended up turned to ashes just like what happened to Dacer and his driver and the blame would of course point to Malacanang. Brilliant eh?

i don't really think that WE, we who have not witnessed or were not there, can really say what really happened. even the CA can give its best judgement but that judgement may not even be close to what really happened.

^^^ better for him to bring his case to the SC and we'll see if the justices there would be as much confused as the justices in the CA.

I can't blame people here to be biased with the CA justices with the recent scandal. But this case is about writ of amparo and not the Meralco/GSIS fight. And because one of the justices of that division is from Cebu, I have confidence that the 80+ page decision they made is truthful and based on the merits of the evidence and witnesses presented.
