Many people believed that Faith alone and we don't need to do good works.
its their own understanding and the bottom line of this is that they want to experience the best of both worlds.

doing earthly things and yet saved already.

but let us read the words of CHRIST:

How could ds people be saved if they experience both worlds?, Their Faith is nothing if they are not doing what God ask them to do. I'd rather to do first the will of God before calling him "MY LORD".
